Pretty much as the topic says, do the rules allow Lords choices up to 25% of your points AND 25% Heroes choices, or are they a combined profile?

I can't actually see anywhere in the rulebook that states they are the same points designation, but the manager at my local GW assures me that I can take only 25% total between the two.

They are each. 25% Lord 25% hero 25% mandatory core 50% special 25% rare. In small games it won't matter as much because Lords are so expensive that you can't fit them in unless you're in a cheapy army like O&G. Even if you can fit them in, having 25% in one model can be risky.

Some weird ass rules for the new zombo book. But if you don't play that, it won't matter.

Unless it's a Nurgle Demon Prince. Then it's rarely risky.


But yeah. 25% lords, and 25% heroes. Ask him to provide proof. There won't be any.

Useful, as Nagash couldnt be taken in games under 4k otherwise....

Zacharious still need to be played in games 2030 points or more lol
