I'm starting Farrow as well but have proxied a few games. R&B are great but I mostly see people reserve them for higher point games. But they have a learning curve so might as well get them and work them now. So with R&B at 35 I would go with:
Lord Carver
* Gun Boar 5
* Road Hog 9
* War Hog 8
Farrow Brigands (Leader and 9 Grunts) 8
Rorsh & Brine 9
Brine will still be able to put a hurt on with Carvers feat and the Road Hog does a lot of heavy lifting here from infantry clearing to an incredible assassination threat with speed boosts and assault. I've played like 3 games with them and won one of them via assassination fire damage roll at the start of the opponents turn from the Road Hog. You'll notice this list is 2 points short so try Targ, Razor Boar or Min Bone Grinders. Gundrun is cool and all but his job is to get in the way and die and a Razor Boar with quagmire does it better.
Now if you wanted to go without Rorsh and Brine as they do take some learning and want to just learn the basics of Carver and a new army I would go with:
Lord Carver (*6pts)
* Road Hog (9pts)
* War Hog (8pts)
* War Hog (8pts)
Farrow Brigands (Leader and 9 Grunts) (8pts)
Farrow Slaughterhousers (Leader and 5 Grunt) (6pts)
Saxon Orrik (2pts)
-or-
Lord Carver (*6pts)
* Razor Boar (2pts)
* Road Hog (9pts)
* War Hog (8pts)
Farrow Brigands (Leader and 9 Grunts) (8pts)
Farrow Slaughterhousers (Leader and 5 Grunt) (6pts)
Farrow Slaughterhousers (Leader and 5 Grunt) (6pts)
Saxon Orrik (2pts)
Saxon is there fore the pathfinder and in the double SH list just stick him near the SH unit that has the most terrain they are facing.
