Dropzone Commander's the newest thing I've been painting up lately, and going through the starter set is amazing. I've never seen detail of the sort these guys hold on such models.

Giving a test pass for colors for my Resistance army, as I'm eagerly awaiting the patched up helo gunships, and Terminator-styled gun technicals.

These guntrucks are crazy detailed. Their doors are about 2mm tall... yet have little handles and steps for the driver. The undercarriage is totally detailed and mechanically plausible, for a unit you will never see the bottom of. Zany.

Not sure what I thought of these Jackson APCs before, as they resembled some sort of PT Cruiser, but the half-track art deco design is growing on me, especially when next to the tanks. That'll have to come later though.

TLDR: Dropzone Commander's models are awesome! So glad I got in on this. Gotta do the two Lifthawk Dropships next, but those suckers are pretty big.

Really nice! What size are these compared to, say, 40k?

The flak trucks are approx 1.5 to 2 inches long. About the size of a 40k Heavy Bolter. The Jackson APCs are about an inch and a quarter.

Here's a few more items, for the Resistance force!

AT-77 Lifthawk Dropships

M9 Hannibal MBT

The Starter set, including the transport hovercraft NT-1 Kraken for the trucks. (besides 6 squads of Infantry, which still need to be painted)

I've gotten into it enough to have bought 4 Cyclone helicopter gunships, and the M3 Alexander super-heavy tank. Gotta get those put up next.

I´ve seen a couple of DC minis and altough I appreciate the effort to paint in that tiny scale the game never interested me.
Your minis made me actually google what this game is all about!

You've achieved an incredible level of detail on such small subjects. Kudos!
