hi guys im making a new list for wh40k necrons and i need some help with it
i prepared 2 lists:

First one

Pls tell me which one is better and what can i improve

Don't play CSM so can't help you in that regard, only that you probably want to get some Psykers for HQ and Troops so you can patch up your Psychic Weakness. That...and I don't think you can take a Helldrake by itself in a Necron army. Maybe CSM players can offer you advice for the Chaos part of your army,

For Necrons, aside obviously taking out some points to make room for the CSMs, I can see a jumble of a list that doesn't quite know what to do with itself. I prefer the second list myself, because you've got the basic skeleton (no pun intended) of SilverTide.

There are a few other routes with Necrons you can go down if the thought of a large swarm of robot zombies keeps getting back up again doesn't appeal to you, Necrons have some of the toughest lists to beat with AV13 or CronAir.

What is a good 500 point army for necrons .

As tempting as it is to put a cryptek with your warriors I would put a lord there instead, unless your planning on surrounding vehicles so the unit inside can't disembark. My personal favorite is to put a destroyer lord with a unit of twenty warriors giving them preferred enemy rerolling ones on both to hit and to wound.

i dont think you could just slap on a heldrake onto necron army without paying the csm hq n 1 cultist squad tax.
