Sometimes the design studio don't even make it difficult for us. The Eldar codex didn't need more help and adding the webway portal to it was not a great idea (lets face the WWP will almost always be taken to abuse allies). Here's the list:

Succubus: Archite Glaive, Armour of Misery, WWP 145
Archon: WWP

Incubi: Klaivex; Venom 125
Incubi: Klaivex; Venom 125

Warriors: Blaster; Venom 2 SC 120
Warriors: Blaster; Venom 2 SC 120

Scourges: 4 Haywire Blasters 120

Farseer: 100
Spiritseer: 70

Jetbikes: 51
Jetbikes: 51
10 Wraithguard: 320
8 Wraithguard: D-Scythes 336

ADL: Comms 70

So Spiritseer takes Shriek and battle focus powers, Farseer rolls for invisibility and also gets Shriek. Look at opponents best unit decide whether D-Scythes or Wraithcannons kill it best join both Psykers and Succubus to that unit DS in kill it shriek 2 other units to bits with -2 Ld . Drop other unit via Archon to kill something else of value.

Obvious possible changes is drop both units down to 5 to fit with 2 Characters in a Wave Serpent do same job (no need for Spiritseer then as won't need to run to spread from DS formation) but not such a guaranteed kill. I still have 4 very fast ObSec units that will be VERY cagey turn 1 and a couple of throw away harassment units in Incubi and Scourges. What do you think?

Well, interesting list as always.
I'd go for Scourges instead of Incubi.
No anti-air around?

The list lacks AA that's true. But I can twinlink 10 Wraithguard if needed. I like the Incubi because it is 2 units compared to 1 and they offer CC threat and great MSU killing power. 13 Ap2 attacks is great for finishing off that marine squad or that bike unit. The Scourges AT but I don't see that the list needs much more of that?

Why not take some dudes from the Court , you've got a Archon and that court is excellent.

Also, why not go all out save some points by going down to 8 on each of the Wraithguard and throw in some Dire Avengers in Wave Serpents, that's good anti-air from what I understand.

Also because of the template rules you should mix because if you place a template and it touches a friendly model you can't fire it but if you have multiple it's possible to possition them so that 5 Flamers can fire at the same unit if you do the circle right. I think 7 + 1 makes it 1 center 5 Outer, 3 outer I think.

Hard to describe without a diagram.

Just physically take your models and do it I can't explain it without drawing it.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

You can't mix Wraithguard all have to have the same weapon. I have battlefocus to help get me into a position where they can all fire if necessary.

A Wave Serpent isn't decent AA. A Wave Serpent can be support AA or decent if you've spammed Serpents. One onits own doesn't do anything for the list. And Jetbikes are just the best ObSec unit in the game right now.

The Court is mediocre its main use is for a cheap HQ slot if you don't want an Archon/Succubus/Haemmie. You canhave a Mandatory HQ for just 10 points if you want.

You can't use Battle Focus unless everyone in the unit has the rule.

Don't forget that you can't battle focus aslong as the Archon is in the unit.

Because a unit can only use battlefocus as long as all the models in that unit have the battlefocus rule.

And since you can't fire a template if it covers a friendly base, there is no way you can fire all 10 flamers.

I missread the BF power I thought it was WG units rather than Wraithguard models in units. So they can't, I still can't mix and match D-Scythes so nothing I can do about it.

The only way to make this work, sadly, is to cut a few WG and put the unit in a Tantulus. It solves the targetting problem with the Scythes, but it becomes pretty expensive.

You could do it for much cheaper with Medusae in a Riader, but you would be at the mercy of 2+ saves.

With careful positioning I will get enough D-Scythes in to do the job.

You might get 3-4, remember the templates are not allowed to pass over models in the same unit. I would save some points and knock those squads down to 5.

I reckon I can get 5-6 in using the smaller base first.

Basically you get 4 around the first base you can't fill the next circle so you're free to place with gaps. Depending on size of target unit possibly even getting 7 firing.

Yeah, I'm not seeing it in my head really. I could see having a 7 man squad w/ 2 Fillers, the Archon w/ a blaster and a Spiritseer then that'd be 1 SpiritSeer and 3 on the first ring, then 2 on the second ring, that would possibly allow 5 to fire.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

You get 4 around a small base, so that's 3 at the front. You can't fill the next circle so you place leaving gaps. Always 5 get to fire mostly 6 and if the enemy unit is wide enough 7.

deepstrike inside a wave serpent. they get to disembark and spread out. no issue firing the dscythes. (the unit has to get smaller, obviously. 5 + archon)
