Not too shabby. Pretty good stuff. Only thing that I noticed was the sergeant has a normal chest rather than the one with the jump pack harness.

Looks great to me, the green is nice and even and the basing is awesome!

Nice weathering. I'd like to believe that the marine with the blood stain on his helmet got it by killing something with a flying headbutt.

Looking good and a decent amount of weathering. Only thing is the mould lines!

The paint looks good! You are at a good spot to start layering and trying some new techniques to make the color less flat where there isn't weathering if you wish, but that is up to you.

The one big thing is mold lines. They always stick out if they are left untouched, I would highly recommend removing them on future models.

In addition to the mold lines, I'd drill the barrels out.

Otherwise, great work.

thanks for all your comments guys. next time there will be no mold lines, i was so excited to paint them that i based them and realised gak i forgot to do the mold lines.

i was also a bit disappointed with how the oil wash turned out, i used very cheap oil paint was $10 for 12 colours, not sure if this has anything to do with it or if it was just me?

troa, is layering the same thing as glazing? if so yeah im very keen to learn this and apply to my future models, do you have any tutorials you can recommend? thanks

This is a good tutorial on a few techniques. I'm talking more blending, it lets you get different shades on the same piece of armor. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEaPE4sLDA7uoYOlP4qR9W-h4jGbmPvgx

I just watched a bunch of "how to paint blood angels" videos to figure mine out, so I'd recommend searching youtube. They may not have a lot of Sons of Medusa videos, but the techniques are similar with any brighter color, just with different colors.

You got any more SoM in the works? Would be good to see some more!
