In Escalation, both Eldar flavours have access to the Revenant. With 4 Str blasts per turn, there's no bette LoW under 1000p (you'll lose friends, using it )

You might mean Revenant. Phantom is the big titan.

Even worse if you stood the Revenant on the Launching Pad fortification.
