I'm trying to create a small for fun Eldar list... Some new... This is the list I've come up with... c&c needed please...

HQ1 Autarch. 110pts
w/ jet bike, Banshee mask, fusion gun, laser lance.
HQ2 Farseer. 145pts
W/ jet bike, spirit stone, runes of witnessing
-- Warlock X3 150pts
w/ jetbikes
T1 jetbikes x4 78pts
w/ shrunken cannon
T2 jetbikes x4 78pts
w/ shrunken cannon
T3 jetbikes x4 78pts
Fts1 crimson hunter. 130pts
Fst2 crimson hunter. 130pts
Fst3 shining spears x4. 100pts
The warlocks join the jetbikes... The 2 HQs join the spears and outflank...

You tend to not get alot of people posting on things that are "fun lists".
Looks like a fairly solid Sain-Hann style eldar list.

You would proberbly want to try to give the warlocks singing spears (but thats just my preferance)

I feel like one of the crimson hunters should have exarch (or how ever you spell it).
4 man sqauds of jet bikes arnt going to last massivly long (sadly, even with a warlock)
Iam not sure if the shining spears are worth there points or if they are maybe drop one of the crimson hunters make the other one an exarch and add some more shining spears (as your anti tank in a 1k game feels lacking a little)

For a fun list tho it looks decent might not win you any competitions but for casual games its a good start.

i kinda like the out flankiness of the spears though... should i drop the warlocks and use those points for more Jet bikes in the normal squad and upgrade the on hunter...

the crimson hunter cost 160pts. I like the idea of bringing 2 in a small game. Should give you a nice advantage along with your incredible mobility

Personally I feel you should take the 3rd squad of bikes and split it giving two and two to your two primary troop choices. That way you'd have six bikes in each squad then drop some points for another shuriken cannon in each. Bikes have shot range and so having that longer range weapon is nice if there is either light vehicles (ork trukks) or some infantry you'd rather not be assaulted by. I think that'll up the durability of those bike squads and give you some extra firepower in each.

That would mean you'd only need 2 warlocks instead of three and so you could give those points you just saved to getting a larger squad of shining spears, I really don't feel that 4 will have the impact you need. I'm assuming the autarch goes with the shining spears? That'd be a good choice.

For the farseer I don't feel the runes of witnessing are worth the points to be honest. I've never felt spirit stones were necessary either. Singing spear, his pychic powers and his bike are all my farseer ever needed to rock.
