'Im reviewing the Ork codex, and am curious to a few things concerning meks and KFF. If a mek is taking a bike, does it count as him being embarked in a vehicle(invul to the vehicle only), or does that apply to trucks and rollers?

A bike is a piece of wargear and is not a transport to be embarked upon.

Bikes aren't Vehicles in their universe, so KFF's work just fine from them.

If people argue they are vehicles ask what their AV and HP are

Fun fact, riptides, wraithknights and dreadknights are also not vehicles. Cause they're more cheezy this way.
