Any advice/critique on this TAC 1850 tourney list?

2 x Flyrant with devs and grubs
2 x Lictors in a brood
2 x single Zoans
15 x Horms with toxin
15 x Horms with toxin
12 x Stealers
14 x Gargs with toxin
14 x Gargs with toxin
5 x Shrikes with devs and rending
2 x Mawlocs
3 x Biovores

Looks playable, a couple of questions though...why Toxin on the Hormies? I like them vs enemy MC's, but how many of those do you see? Second, can you take a Formation? Living Artillery is a very nice one if you have 3 Biovores already...

Love the twin Mawlocs! The other "issue" is the Lictors...nothing wrong with them, except they are sitting in Venothrope's seat. Tourney play in particular usually calls for some shrouding, even if it's just to survive the Alpha Strikes.
