Sentinals Of Terra scouts are never a bad thing.

My one concern with a heavy flamer on a storm is that it involves flying a very fragile skimmer very, very close to the enemy.

Where were you planning to put the librarians?

Im guessing the libies jump in with the Centurians and the LSS with flamer outflanks and clears off an objective or an isolated enemy unit.

Kevin hit the nail on the head. The llibbys go with the cents but one can go with the sternguard from time to time depending on the powers they get. The LSS outflank. I have considered wiggling points and dropping the stalkers for 2 stormtalons to escort the storms in. I think either way is good just not sure how I want to approach it. The list is extremely flexible and has lots of tricks.

I would strongly recommend going with the Storm Talons as they are not only more useful vs non-flying targets, they are more likely to be able to shoot down opposing flyers (which tend to go straight after stalkers when they come in).

Whats with the scout fetish? Also 8 sternguard seem a little much and expensive. The dev centurions will not be wanting to footslog across the board, so maybe SW allies? Think about what the opponent can take with 1850 points as well, and what opposing units can/ will do to counter your list. Food for thought.

The Scout "fetish" is the idea and backbone of the list... Teh chapter tactics twin link all your bolters at half range so with infiltrate and scout you will be in double tap range on turn 1 with your whole army.... The cents will have both libby and tigurius with them in this list but I'm thinking of changing to Coteaz and inq stuff to ally instead. for the extra chance to seize and be more aggressive....
