I don't think the Raiders can escort Scourges since they are Jump Infantry, but they are with the Wyches as it's a bit more durable

Not to mention that being a Troops choice, they are also Objective Secured, or have a 5+ cover save first turn if I use Real Space Raiders

Shardnet and Impalar are better then Hydra Gauntlet. Re-rolls of 1's + 1 CC weapon is better then just re-rolls to wound. Also, considering you have filled out your troop allotment, you could replace those 5 Wyches with 3 Incubi. They have a better save, AP 2 and S 4, they are just better.

I don't think the Succubus would find it better, WS8 (or higher) usually hits on threes, but S3 is likely to be wounding on 4's and above.

I did look into Incubi but I currently don't have enough points to run it, unless I ran a naked Archon with them instead of the Succubus (could run a Klaivex too)

Thinking about it, that would be a nice fluffly list too, Incubi guarding the Archon xD

I seriously hate that the minimum 5 on all DE troops choices forces one of the units to take a raider just to fit the HQ slot in. What a crazy HQ tax.

I'd rather have a third unit of warriors in a venom instead of the wyches... the question is what to do with the hq in that list.

Here's a thought;

Archon + blaster, venom + s. cannon, 140
5 Warriors + blaster, venom + s cannon, 120
5 Warriors + blaster, venom + scannon, 120
6 reavers + 2 blaster, 116

Total 496

Might not be better than your list, IDK, but it does have more AT. If you'd rather have scourges than reavers, thats fine, it'll give you 16 points back to play with.

I really don't think the unit if wyches is going to be useful in your list, there's already so much anti-infantry shooting with the venoms and the warriors. I'd rather spend the points on blasters.
