Hi

I just finished my first Knight so though I'd post some pics from my blog over here for you all to see, please let me know what you think all pics are also voteable.

Thanks

House Griffith wrote:Looks good. Color is nice, and I like the base. There's some character here...the knight looks tired and worn out, which is a good thing.
Are those the FW pieces? They look awesome (but horsies are still lame, House Terryn!).

So, a few things:
1. Where are the rungs on the carapace? There's just...holes. Looks bad.
2. I'd paint the aquila on the carapace (above the head) a different color to give some contrast from the same metallic color it sits on. Maybe silver?
3. Constant gripe: Drill out your heavy stubber barrel.
4. Paint the pilot canopy glass?

Cheers for the feedback House Griffith, yeah those are the Forgeworld pieces, they fitted perfectly which is always nice.

1. I left the rungs off as they will end up being broken at some point and would be a pain to fix, he will be going to a few tournaments so needs to have as few breakable components as possible.
2. I thought about silver as well, not sure if I'll change it now.
3. Yeah I missed that when doing the mold lines
4. I might give it a coat of gloss varnish to make it look like glass, thanks for spotting that

Cheers EmperorsChampion, this is the only one I have planned so far for my Sisters army. If FW do a chaos version then there could be lots more
