i made a thread about the radical philosophies of the inquisition...and one that i want to talk about is Polypsykana


■Polypsykana - An offshoot of the Xanthites, the Polypsykana is a Radical faction of the Inquisition obsessed with the power of psykers. Its members believe that the psyker is a natural evolution of Man's slow development into a higher being. The faction believes that this transformation is inevitable and ultimately humanity's only salvation in such a dangerous universe. To this end, members work to protect and nurture psykers and increase the role they play within the Imperium.

It is inevitable that Humanity will one day replace the Eldar as the pre-eminent psychic race of the galaxy.

However, it would be foolish to allow the predators in the Warp to destroy Mankind before that happens, so those psykers who are judged too weak to be of use, and too weak to resist the Daemon, must be culled, not coddled.

so some leanings to polypsykana but not as radical

Radicalism is the path of the Warp, and Radicals should be deemed traitors and expunged.

The eldar are all psykers and their civilization was almost entirely destroyed because of it. Psykers are only safe if well controlled.
