This was just a little list that popped into my mind from stuff I own between both armies. I haven't played Eldar in years and Dark Eldar have changed a bit since I last played them. This is my idea for a list but I would love some input and ideas.
I'll lay out my strategy and explain my reasoning behind some units after the list. Also I'm not looking for tournament competitive but rather something closer to casual with an edge.

Spoiler:
CAD: Eldar
HQ:
Avatar w/Fast Shot, Marksmen Eye-When I played Eldar one of my favorite figures was the Avatar. I doubt he's competitive in the least since I never see him in lists, but I love his feel.
Spiritseer-This is obvious soon.

Troops:
x2 Wraithguard w/D-Scythes-I never ran them with these weapons before and wanted to try it out. The idea when I drop them on a squad is to round them a bit around the target unit so the templates hit maximum targets.

Heavy Support
Wraithlord w/shurikan catapults, scatter laser and starcannon-I picked the scatter laser because I was told it's the best way to maximize hits with other weapons, 2 catapults since I plan him to be a weapons platform, starcannon for heavy troops.
Wraithknight w/2 heavy wraithcannons, scatterlaser, starcannon-For above reasons, stays with wraithlord moving ahead across the field raining down fire.

Real Space Raiders: Dark Eldar
HQ:
x2 Haemonculus w/webway portal-delivery system

Troops:
x2 Warriors w/1 blaster, Raider w/night shields, splinter racks, disintigrator-Zoom around shooting

Fast Attack:
Raider w/nightshield and disintigrator-required fast attack, used to love reavers until they messed up bladevynes. So I figured some more shooting before it pops.

Heavy Support:
Voidraven Bomber w/void lances and 2 of each missile, nightshields-never tried the bomber before

The idea is the wraithguard each get a Haemonculus to use the webway portal to drop right on top of a target and template them to death in a semi U shape to maximize template overlap. The wraithlord and wraithknight along with the Avatar walk up the field dishing out pain. The two wraiths provide shooting, avatar provides melee. The empty raider possibly hangs with them(if only the Avatar could ride . The Warriors zoom around the field shooting up enemy troops or jumping on objectives. Flyer does his thing doing what damage he can, providing backup where needed. Spiritseerer is attached to one of the wraithguard, I plan to drop them near each other so he can boost both squads making sure they don't lock up. Debated doing one squad of wraithguard and one of wraithblades. Attaching spirit seerer to guard, dropping both on same target. Wraithguard shoot up the target, next turn wraithblades attack. Thoughts? Not sure if that's a better strategy. All of this leaves me at 1985 out of 2k, so 15 points wiggle room.

I do not own any venoms, beastmasters or scourges. I own 3 raiders, 3 DE fliers, 3 reavers, bunch of hellions, only 15 total wraithguard/blades, 2 wraithlords 1 wraithknight(I bought that bundle pack), own the avatar, farseers, eldrad, warlocks, 1-2 squads dire avengers and guardians, 5 man squads of fire dragons, banshees, scorpions, warp spiders, dark reapers. Full squad plus specials of the harlequins(the whole reason I started Eldar as my first army years back...sadly I know they aren't good anymore). No wave serpents or jetbikes. So I can't make the standard cheese eldar lists.

Thoughts and comments appreciated. Thank you.

There is no benefit from bringing a Haemonculi over an Archon. They cost 10 pts for more an ability you can't use with your wraithguard, and the extra T matters little when you are Majority T6. I'd suggest swapping both to Archons and save your self 20pts. Then give both Archons haywire Grenades for 5pts each. Now if you need to you can take out some Vehicles, because pens on 6's and and almost assured glance from the Archon at range 8 (same as template) is something i'd rather not go near.

Then swap those Shuri cats for Flamers. Believe me when i say you will never, never use the shuri cats. As an MC, you only get to fire two different weapons, and there is no situation were a Shuri Cat is better then the Scatter/Star. But against Orks or on Overwatch, flamers are actually useful. Then with your last remaining points get yourself the armour of Misery for one of your Archons, the one who is going with the Spirit Seer. The -2 Ldship will help a lot when you are casting Psy-shriek.

Thank you for the suggestions, I hadn't thought about the flamers on the lords. And I missed the Archon having the webways to...was using battlescribe to throw the list together and it didn't give them the option. Way better choice. List updated. Any further thoughts? Suggestions?

drop the scatter laser and star cannon on the wraithknight, he can only fire 2 weapons per turn anyway.

Any suggestions on what to do with freed up points? Or would it be better to keep them and switch out the wraithknight to melee choices?

Good suggestion, I see the benefit with the splinter racks. I still have 5 points free floating. Any other suggestions? Does anyone else have any suggestions or alternate ideas?

As of now for 1995 points I have...
