@ Cruelcodex: It's basically the Alarielle the Radiant High Elf model with a female Tau head on it (and 4 fingers of course!). The female Tau heads are from Zealot Miniatures

Constructively, I feel that the gold (possibly as well as te red) contrast(s) too much with the base camo color.
