So I'm looking to make a Rocket Raccoon miniature in a fantasy setting for an upcoming D&D campaign and I have no clue where to start. I looked through Reaper's website without any luck looking for anything raccoon-like. One thought is to use the ugly Heroclix model as a starting point but it is made out of that flimsy rubbery stuff that does not inspire confidence in stability. I'm looking for some guidance here, a starting point. Anyone have an idea on a good place to start?

idk, start with a skaven model, shorten the nose, and convert from there?

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field.
