Does an Imperial Fist Devastator Sergeant operating an Icarus LC on an ADL get tank hunter? And can be use the signum on himself to improve his BS before shooting it?

When a model uses an emplaced weapons or weapon emplacements, he is considered to be firing the weapon and gets the benefit of any special rules possessed by either himself or the weapon, so yes.

He can't signum himself, though, as it's something he does instead of firing.

Awesome - yeah I didn't think so about the signum, but just wanted to check I read it right. I guess though if another marine is operating it and the sergeant uses the signum on him he will get the BS5, making it a pretty good AA platform. Cheers
