My secret fortress at the base of the volcano!

It looks like a conversion, and not a very good one at that. The forelegs were obviously cut off and somebody did something unkind to the beak. This may not even be a GW miniature at all. Did the picture come from an ebay auction? Because not everything on ebay that says "GW" in the description is actually from GW. In fact, I'd say less than half are.
