It's... well, as a few posters in other places have stated, if the Borg didn't exist, it would be a great expansion. If ships did not exist that could throw 6+ attack dice in a 360 with converts... it would be a good expansion.

I don't quite understand why the Advanced Cloaking Device is good for ONLY Chang's Bird of Prey... the other Bird's of Prey aren't actually Bird's of Prey! They are B'Rel and K'Vort class ships. This is the only "Bird of Prey" class ship, despite the other two being the same model, same stats... OK, the K'Vort is a little bit bigger (5 hull), but...

Azetbur has the ability to break the Weyoun/Veral combo.

Cry Havoc is probably the best card in this set. The Games Afoot could be useful... but not sure it's worth a 5 pt Elite Talent.

In a ship pure/faction pure setting, it's not a bad set. In everything goes, it's kinda "meh". Still, if I could "aquire" a Ch'Tang, I'd love to field a fleet of Birds of Prey.

Yeah, I'm VERY confused that this isn't a B'Rel class!

I found it weird that they hid the fact that the Klingon's getting their first Admiral as a side comment.

"Defensive manipulations increase when Gorkon is used as your fleet’s Admiral as well."

I like this pack it is very thematic to ST6. I can't wait to try this in our TOS games. It looks like a 40-50pt build with this ship would be a good match against Enterprise & Excelsior. It is also nice that there will be a retail equivalent to the B'Rel class. It would be nice to see tournament metas shift towards swarms for a while.

it doesn't bother me that the ship class is "Klingon Bird of Prey". We were told the ships class in the movie, they only said it was a prototype. So it could have been the predecessor to the B'Rel or D12.

The only issue I have is that I wish it had more crew. A Klingon equivalent to Lojur would have been nicer than a 2nd torpedo.
