-good anti-MC/elite with centurion star, again, can ride in either LR or Stormraven

I normally always include a 4x LC dev squad since they're great with dev doctrine but couldn't fit it in.

Tigurius is the Michael Jordan of ultra marines

Why not take a good Landraider for the same or fewer points? Grav Cents tend to work best in bigger units. As is they have no assault protection at all and can be killed easily. How are you getting them into range?

The Phobos gives me extra long range firepower and can still carry the centurions + Tigurius. If the enemy doesn't have good AA they also have the option of riding in the Stormraven.
A 4th grav Centurion is an extra 80 pts that I simply don't have (without handicapping another unit).
