Another Battle Report with the new Dark eldar. This time I take the coven and kabal against a biker heavy list! How will the new Codex do against an opponent that can match us in speed and rival us in firepower?

Don't know why the bikers went for the Talos... Should have been able to avoid them all game.

Grav guns againt DE??

The White Scars player didn't tailor against the Dark Eldar list? Whaaaaaat.

His list was fine. Bolters can drop their paper airplanes. Tactics were terrible though.

The white scar army was in a good spot. The grav guns would have been fantastic against my taloi... they ended up living and then mulching the enemy army. Tactics wise... the initiative steal really sealed it for the Dark Kin IMO.

Scars didn't need to close range allowing Talos to counter charge... Big mistake.

Very true. He was confident he would take them out... sadly that was not the case. That ruin and FNP really assisted the Talois survival and this then led to them wrecking the scars face in.

I find these kind of batreps not worth watching since you know in advance who will win - Seizing with dark eldar is just really boring to watch.

A sieze with dark eldar is hard to come back from especially when setting up for an alpha strike like he did. For sure.

It is also makes for a boring batrep. Close games are exciting.
