A few questions regarding the below guys:
I assume these guys HAVE a trukk? I can't see one in your list...
What is the purpose of the Chaos Lord? He's typically a
CC machine. Unforutnatly if all your doing is keeping him back sitting on an objective, then I feel that a sourcerer would be more effective and cheaprer. The sourcerer would be able to summon extras for you, which WILL be a nice boost.
-- Alternatively, you could run a Nurgle lord on a bike with Nurgle Bikers. It gives you 2 very nasty strong units, but then you would be investing points elsewhere and dropping further stuff from your list.
-- From my experience, Cultists are an ork players Grots. Both suck at combat and have rubbish saves, but are cheap as chips and hold objectives.
NB: Are your Obliterators flootslogging it too? I imagine you'd be taking them with your Chaos Lord to march across the field? It seems sort of slow, especially against alot of the high powered shooting armies out there who'll be able to get through them.
I see that you also have the Painbiker and Warboss Biker. This feels like a fractured section here. The Warboss and Painboy will be able to slingshot between the two 30 ork blobs and slingshot where required, but 4 warbikers aren't enough to do much, im sorry to say.

I really like this plan. It gives you a lot more bikers to have an effective, threatening DeffStar, and the 2
Manz Missiles will create alot of planic too.
I'd like to play around with
CSM personally, but I'd need to ask what you have on both Orks and
CSM:
-- Do you have any Battlewagons? How many trukks do you have? Do you have any deffkoptas?
