Is it possible to create a Raven Guard transfer sheet using a printer or a printing service?
I refuse to pay $30 for a sheet of paper.

I would recommend buying some 'white' decal paper. I usually get mine from Micromark, they sell a 'starter kit' with paper, and fixative.

Then, download these http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/files/file/249-raven-guard-logo-sheet-bols/

Print them on the decal paper, seal with fixative, then use like regular transfers. I've made my own FleshTearer decals, and they worked great when applied with either micro-sol/micro-set or the decal system sold by Micromark (I've used both).

Legio Suturvora 2000 points (painted)
30k Word Bearers 2000 points (in progress)
Daemonhunters 1000 points (painted)
Flesh Tearers 2000+ points (painted) - Balt GT '02 52nd; Balt GT '05 16th
Kabal of the Tortured Soul 2000+ points (painted) - Balt GT '08 85th; Mechanicon '09 12th
Greenwing 1000 points (painted) - Adepticon Team Tourny 2013

I actually do things like the Raven Guard logo differently...

White is a bit of a pain at home. If you use white transfer paper - you have to trim away everything else. This can be a bit time consuming.

If you use clear - then you have to either paint the white on before or after the decal and apply it over or under the white paint. Also a bit time consuming.

Instead...I go through and cut a stencil on frisket paper and spray it on the flat on clear decal paper (use the Silhouette to cut the stencil). For single color white - doesn't get much easier.

White plus others are a bit more complicated - normally I will split them onto a separate sheet. Take a bit of time to check your printer alignment - spray the white - print the color - seal - inkjet only.

Can be a bit fiddly if the printer isn't feeding the paper correctly, but they have gotten a lot better than they used to be so the vast majority of sheets I do end up coming out close enough to perfect to be useable.
