Subject: Two normal flamers or one heavy flamer?

I'm kitting out a five man sister squad and I have ten points leftover. The role I'm envisioning for the squad is meant to be one that will shoot forward in an Immolator, pop out of the vehicle (if they need to), and then clear/camp objectives at about mid field. So my question is whether they would be better with two regular flamers in order to double the wounds, or a single heavy flamer that will have a more powerful shot?
For the purpose of this exercise let's assume that I can't find the points elsewhere to have both types of a flamer in the unit.

This really relies on one thing, does your enemy have a 4+ save? Anything better or worse and the two flamers will do the job. But at a 4+ save, the heavy flamer will do more than twice the damage of each regular flamer.
So if you're worried about Tau or Necrons, go with the heavy flamer.

Unless they have a 4+ save neither will really clear anything unless the enemy is just very bunched up.

the d3 per overwatch is a great reason why you should take as many as possible. The number of times that I have had charges fail because of this (on both sides) is truly staggering. For this reason, I'd suggest taking as many templates as possible.
I seem to recall that BA characters could double up on hand flamers. I also seem to recall that sisters could do so as well. try it out, maybe.

This. Even then, the wound output should be comparable between the flamers and heavy flamer, with the flamers having the potential to kill even more of your opponent rolls poorly.

Don't forget that it's not 2 flamers vs heavy flamer. It's 2 flamers vs heavy flamer + a weapon that's not exchanged for a flamer. It's also a bit easier to place.

Personally, I'd take the two flamers for these reasons:
1) It's easy enough to spread out to mitigate the damage of one Flamer template, but if you have two, preferably one on each 'side' of the squad, it's much harder to avoid damage.
2) Two flamers have a higher potential wound cap than 1 and a Bolter in most situations. Except against 4+ saves, two flamers are doing to do more damage than 1.

I'm not arguing it, just bringing some points to consider
