So since 7th hit i have been having difficulty getting my daemon list together, but i think i have found what i will be using, so here goes:

Belakor

herald of tzeentch, lvl 3, disc, exalted reward(grimoire)
herald of tzeentch, lvl 3, disc
herald of tzeentch, lvl 2
herald of slaanesh, lvl 2, steed, lesser reward

3 nurgling swarms
3 nurgling swarms

16 flesh hounds
8 screamers
18 seekers

bastion

so the idea behind the list is invisible hounds.........psychic powers in looking for are, cursed earth on tzeralds on discs, then misfortune and forewarning. Misfortune will be for the hounds and forewarning for seekers, the herald on foot goes in the bastion and is summoning, will also be my warlord. The slaanesh herald will be looking for invis and take psychic shriek. So the plan for the list is to rush forward for turn 2 charges on everything while hopefully buffing enough to survive before the charge, i recently played this list at a tournament and had 2 slaanesh grinders instead of the seekers and herald of khorne for the hounds, i found the soul grinders were underwhelming they were just tough, the ivisible hounds weren't causing enough damage when marines were getting lucky with there saves, so i thought giving them rending would work well. What are your guys thoughts on the list and anything you would change......also what have you found works well in 7th edition?

If you're planning on invising the hounds why not give them a herald instead of the seekers? Khorne Heralds are super killy once they get where they're going.

It's also almost always worth it to take Loci on the Khorne and Slaanesh heralds too. My personal favorites are Locus of Wrath for the Khorne Heralds (he and his unit reroll hits 1st round of combat) and Locus of Beguilement for Slaanesh Heralds (reroll hits in combat + challenge manipulation).

I think you'd be better off dropping the lvl 2 Tzeentch Herald in favor of a Khorne Herald on a Juggernaut. Invis the hounds, run the Seekers right behind them for a 5+ cover save that you can bump to 3+ cover save with Shrouding from Be'lakor. Tzeentch Hertalds fish daemonolgy for Cursed Earth as you said, so everything should have a 4++. Screamers can also jink for 2+ rerollable cover save if you get them in the Shrouding bubble. Besides that focus on summoning with the Tzeentch Heralds. I also don't really like the grimoire in non Fateweaver lists. Just too unreliable for me. I'd use the points to give a greater to the Slaanesh herald for greater aetherblade, and a lesser to the Khorne Herald for axe of khorne (ID on 6's is really good for something with that many AP2 attacks).

I also highly recommend a Khorne Herald. I also think you will get more bang for buck out of similarly pointed squads of horrors instead of 2 of the Tzeentch heralds, you really only need 1 for grimoire, they summon just as well without the risks of perils.

Aftermath can be calculated.

Yeah I don't see how you were having trouble with marines if you had a Khorne Herald in there. Now that wounds spill over from challenges you should be slaughtering MEQ wholesale with the Herald alone.
