First noticed this with the Print Friendly theme, but I duplicated the issue with Dakka 2012.
Attached a screenshot, even after ctrl+f5.
Buttons show up fine, as do the orkmoticons... but there's a lot "missing".

Was just weird that only Dakka was doing it.
