Striking Scorpions have worked very well for me. Put them in the Wave Serpent and they can outflank in it. Helpful for objective captures and the WS will give the SS good cover fire when they hop out ready to assault in the following turn. The Exarch should have the Scorpion Claw which is basically a power fist that hits at his normal initiative and all the others get a +1 to their strength thanks to the Scorpion chain swords.

I depends whether you want a ultra competitive army or just want to play with what you like the look of.

If you want a competitive army then you'll need lots of wave serpents

Fire Dragons and Warp Spiders are two of my favourite squads and they're pretty decent in current edition. Fire dragon will need to have a wave serpent though

The assault units are harder to use in current edition due to Eldar not having any assault vehicles, so it's a good idea to avoid them where you can. Scorpions are the best of a bad bunch though.

There's not a lot of love for rangers at the moment, as they are very easy to kill and have low damage output, but I still take them.

War walkers are great, especially when guided

There' not too many bad units except for Banshees and Shining Spears. I've been advised that Vipers aren't worth it, but I still take them every now and then in bigger games.

Hope that helps a bit
