I've never had a problem using an ampersand when creating a new gallery name, however for some reason when trying to edit gallery names using one causes any text entered after it to not appear on the galleries new name. Not a major issue I just think they look prettier than just writing 'and'

Oops that is a bug. Gallery names will have '&' disabled from here on out as it causes glitches in various places and is an oversight on my part - sorry!
