This is my first Cyriss list, any advice would be perfect, but I'd prefer to keep with Aurora's Clockwork Angels theme and to stay in 25 points.

Aurora: +6
Galvanizer: 3
Mitigator: 4
Cipher: 9
Modulator: 6
Clockwork Angel: 3
Clockwork Angel: 3
Steelsoul Protector: 2
Dispersion Optifex: 1

Well, looks quite good.
Not sure if you need an ADO.
Accretion Servitors could serve you well too.

I find the lack of Corollary in you list disturbing. Free focus so you get to keep all of your 7 focus on Aurora at (almost) all times if you can use the induction mechanic well, plus an extra 2 inches to control, all for the vector that costs the least points in the army. I personally never played without it. Not once. Proxy it if you don't own one yet, with your glavanizer that could help a bit here and there, but is nowhere as cost-effective or amazingly awesome.

Sorry about the rambling.

The Dispersion Optifex is a waste on Aurora. Most of her stuff is SELF. And the two the aren't you don't need to arc or aren't that useful uses of focus.

There is a word for a wargamer with an empty paint bench.

Dead.
