Probably don't need the 4 blasters with the trueborn, as those venoms should be shooting from 35.5" away. Drop the 4 blasters, put the farseer on a jetbike and call it good.
Shoot all of the things.

Ok, let's start off. Trueborn<Scourges, every time. Those Trueborn are costing you 180pts! And if you are using the cannons to the full advantage then you won't even be able to fire the Blasters. You could swap both of those Trueborn units into Scourges with either Heat Lances or Haywire Blasters and STILL have the points to get a 2 empty double cannon venom. What? You don't have enough Fast Attack slots? Swap to the realspace Raiders Detachment for 6 (!) fast attack slots allowing you to take 4 Scourges and 2 Venoms to fill it up.
Also, you can only take a Splinter Cannon on Warriors if the unit is a 10 Man squad. So that saves you 45pts which will conveniently net you holofields on all your Serpents.
Those Fire Dragons just seem so...fragile to me. Sure, 10 Meltas will light up whatever they hit. But then what? Then you have 400 odd points (Haemonculi + Farseer) standing in the open with nothing more then a 3+ save and good wishes to keep them alive. And by turn 2 (the earliest you can possibly come in), will there be anything worth spending that much fire power on? What Vehicle would survive a turn on the board with 16 Haywire Blasters?
My suggestion, swap the Fire Dragons out for Wraithguard w/ D-Scythes. It's almost an exact swap points wise, but they are much more survivable and much scarier for infantry units. No one wants 5 Deepstriking AP 2 flamer templates that don't scatter down their neck. Because, however you look at it, those Fire Dragons will die the turn after they pop up, or they will pop up and have nothing but tactical marines to fire at. So it comes down to, do you want to give up your Warlord point or not?

2 squads of scourges will cover what I need done, more than that is overkill for killing armor.
The trueborn will drop the blasters to get a bke for the farseer. The cost more, but 24 poison shots > 4 haywire blasters for mass removal and forcing quantities of saves.
Firedragons are there to get shot. The erase something big on the turn they drop, then they draw enough fire to kill 10 3+ models protected by a farseer. All of those shots could kill the venoms, but they are shooting the one unit that has done its job. Works pretty nicely.

Except killing 10 3+ T3 models is hardly a task here. Bunched up as they are it takes but a single Battle Cannon to kill 82% of them. Or heck, he doesn't even need to shoot them, charge in a squad of tactical Marines and watch as your 400pts is tied up in a fruitless combat for the rest of the game. Also, in what way is the farseer protecting them? You are not assured fortune or Invisibility or shrouding, and if you get neither, then he is just an extra passenger.
My point on the Scourges is that for almost the same points as the Trueborn in a Venom you get Scourges + an empty Venom. While Scourges are just better then Trueborn in every way, more access to weapons, better armour, faster. Not a contest in my eyes.

Hey Inigo, I know this is off-topic, but I see that you're from Indiana. Where do you get most of your gaming in? I recently moved to south Indy, and I haven't really figured out a good place to game.
I like the list by the way, it seems pretty destructive. Is there a variant that would work as well without CWE?

The True Born seem pointless. Why not drop both of them and run 2 Squads of Reavers w/ Blasters / Caltrops.

Pretty sure that all comes to exactly 1850 as well. If not then just drop a squad of Reavers and with whatever left over go with a Bigger squad of Reavers. This also allows you to reroll your Warlord Trait. The ADL is helpful in that it actually lets you reroll your Reserve roll, unless you want to chance it fail then get half what you need onboard.
8 Fire Dragons w/ Exarch w/ Fast Shot is actually a few points cheaper than 10 and two of the shots are BS 5 , I think its a better deal. ( Don't have book with me)
Farseer can use all of the powers he'd normally get or go once on Telepathy for Psychic Scream, then try to roll up Fortune etc.. as his powers work on everyone else and the Jetbikes have a good move.

While Reavers are surprisingly good anti-tank, I'm not sure I agree with taking Blasters on them. With only a 5+ armor, they're pretty dependent upon their 3+ Jink to survive, so I question how often you'd ever actually get to fire the Blasters.

It's cheap, that's pretty much it. I agree but it's 20 point for 2 blasters or go with 2 heat lances if you want. It's just cheap that's the only reason. It can also pop open transports. Although I think Heat Lance is better probably for that.
