Meh well that was a waste of time, I was the only one who was told about the rule changes so everyone had fednaughts. I came second from last with the stacked fed builds taking 3rd,2nd and 1st.

Nope resources are counted separately so it was ok.

Actually now i am less annoyed I have to say the setup worked fine, while I lost a game against a tanked voyager. I won against a cardasian list and lost against a Negvagh by one dice roll.

So including the yeager I would actually consider running it again.

If you're going for the suggested format, resources specifically assigned to a ship (EG Fleet Captain, officer, flagship) do count towards the ships limit.
