Started building up a couple of armies based around those in the book "Hammer's Slammers: The Crucible".
I'm using resin models from Daemonscape, which I believe were formerly 25mm versions done by GZG?

The blower tanks and combat cars are more or less as described in the David Drake novels and the models are very good ( and big ).

But I've also bought a bunch of their MMRAV ( modular multi role armoured vehicle) which comes in a variety of versions, being a 6x6 apc with different modules for anti air, mlrs, ifv and so on. Again, great models but possibly nearer 28mm than 25mm.

Question is, despite searching the internet I can find no "fluff" about these vehicles other than that they are used by New Anglian Confederation.

Not a problem as far as modelling or gaming goes, the rules in "Crucible" clearly say the game can use any model/ toy you have, but it's interesting that forsuch a well known game as "Stargrunt" there's no fluff?

Ideas?

The Demonscape models are indeed the large models formerly sold by GZG.

Are you looking for fluff for Slammers or Stargrunt?

You'll find a fair bit of fluff from Stargrunt here:
http://www.stdargrunt.ca/settings_hist/settings_hist_index.htm

It leans more toward basic info about units and their affiliation, as the Stargrunt universe was never as heavy on narrative as other gaming settings.
