Hey guys I have a 2500pt tournament at the end of this month and I would like to bring a trancendent C'tan in my list only problem is I can only find the tesseract vault and not just the C'tan by himself. Seeing as I'm rarely ever going to play this model I don't want to but the whole vault. I've looked everywhere for bits stores with no luck. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

My suggestions would be:

Ebay and hope one comes up
Find someone who wants the other build and offer to split the cost for the C'tan (although the other build doesn't seem that popular)
Convert one from either the normal C'tan models or any other large-ish figure (might be worth checking the WFB range for this as well.)

Yea, I checked eBay and the tourney is requiring the official model. :/

The kit also makes the ctan and the obelisk.

While its not great, its not terrible either.

You could always try to sell the obelisk on ebay.
