How do the loot drops work. The other day i played for 2-3 hours but got no new weapons, can someone tell me how i get them

You might've hit your item drop limit for the week, in TF2 you will receive somewhere between 5-12 item drops per week over a 6-10 hour period before you hit your limit and items eventually stop dropping.

Yeah. I get the same result. Don't worry, it WILL come. You just need to wait a bit longer and if you've hit the weekly cap, no drops until the next week.
