Wasn't a fan of the original chaos character models so I took and attempt at making my own versions of the characters. Let me know what you think!

I don't understand the green. The rest is neat though. Good stuff.

The model had the power cable going from his body to his arms. Wanted them to stick out a little, went with grreen, thinking black or blue may have been better. Thanks for the input!

I like the usage of green cables. It compliments the red without getting lost like black would.

Stick with the green, gives it that pop and draws your eye. Other was it will be bland and flat.

Other than a suitable base and this dude is looking badass!
I really like the closed helm look he has

Simple yet effective conversion.

Favourite Game: When your Warboss on bike wrecks 3 vehicles simply by HoW - especially when his bike is a custom monowheel.

Yeah stick with the green, it's the best contrast colour going for red and world eater lenses are already meant to be green!

Loving the take on Kharn he must be just about the most 'adjusted for modernity's sake' character in the chaos codex.

Second picture looks wayyyy better. Basing turned out awesome and the green is toned down so it looks great. Nice work!

Yeh loving him, I really enjoy the green power cables, as it compliments the red really well and breaks up the elements of his arms and torso.

Nice conversion, and solid paint job.

CC:
1. I don't care for the green cables. Sure, it's a good contrast against the red, but it doesn't seem fitting for this model, since it's Kharn. It also pulls your attention to...his cables? Yay? I would want contrast to pull your eye to something cool or unique, especially on a small model.
2. Not the biggest fan of the posing. He's shooting up at something, and it gives him the look of being at a disadvantage; possibly at a larger foe, or maybe just a lowly scourge. I see Kharn as a badass; nobody's bigger or badder than him. If he were shooting level or down, it would give it that feel of contempt that Chaos has for, well, everyone. Tells a better story, IMHO. Also, by having it posed this way it gives off that "disco inferno" vibe we see in 40k models, which seems silly. All opinion, so take it for what it is...an opinion.
3. Kharn's "trademark" is his one unarmored arm (with chains), so not having that here loses some of that flavor.

Again, cool conversion, better than the out of the box "RAAAH" Kharn we usually get.

Thanks for the input, I will be doing another kharn and will try the bare arm and a more aggressive pose I'm thinking. I'll post when done! Also, here is my abaddon conversion for everyone to cc. Thanks everyone!

I'd recommend retrimming the arm higher up. This is my old and long since sold conversion.
