Looks pretty good.

You should cut the DA's down to 5 mans. Saving you 195 points. Then you can take the mantle and add in something else. Maybe some units of bikes for objectives?

I like how you keep 10 man DA squads, it's a practice that I use as well. I think it even works better in most situations.

The only change I would make is putting Scatter/Scatter or Scatter/Starcannon on your war walkers. You already have plenty of AT with your fire dragons and dark reapers.

I prefer 10 guardians over 10 dire avengers.

I was worried about not having enough AT but you may be right, I'll do some play testing and figure out what I like more.
