I haven't read Evil Sun Rising yet, but I'm guessing this features Kult of Speed orks. Are there any other novels that heavily feature Evil Sunz in red vehicles obsessed with going fast?

Actually Evil Sun Rising covers the same Mek characters as described in 'Engine of Mork". It does feature speed freaks, but they are rarely the main focus.

Though the evil sunz have many speed freaks, they aren't solely associated with speed. They have a lot of mek boyz thus a lot of vehicles other than bikes (Dakka-Jets, Fight-Bommas, Bommers, Battle-Fortresses (described as speed-freak mek creation), and even Stompas).

Also, Season of Shadows by Guy Haley, the same author as Engine of Mork and Evil Sun Rising, covers speed freaks pursuing a black templars - astra militarum - sister hospillars convoy in the ash wastes, but its short.

I would personally highly recommend both Engine of Mork and Evil Sun Rising. It's pretty much the best representation of Orks since Deff Skwadron.

It follows a trio of mek boyz, their mob of gretchin and their home built stompa. i won't spoil it for you but the presentation of Ork culture and politics, both in and out of a Waaagh! are really impressive. Not to mention some funny lines.
