I think the site is just down. I tried it last night around 2am and this morning and it is still down. Probably over loaded with questions and new users
They might have just been bombarded by a lot of Trolls and people upset about a certain faction within the game. Or complaints about the new "suggested" format.
If Wizkids is serious about keeping this game going, they are going to have to start making some serious choices.
