Basically I want to do a Sons of Medusa Army and being able to get decals would speed the process along. Dose anyone have any suggestions or advice to accomplish this?
I have everything I need as in bionics from GW FW and Anvil industry. I really just need a place that makes or sells decals . Any helpful advice will be appreciated .. Thank you.

You could find pictures of them online on the bolter and chainsword. Just Google sons of meduda decals. Then you could print them out on decal paper

I don't have a printer that is friendly in that regard. :( I have tried but it always tears up the paper. (as in removes the decal portion) Thank you though.

Uh oh. Sorry man. I would have no idea then as I can't think of any company that makes them. Perhaps you could cut a stencil and spray it on

Try having them printed by a printing company. See if a smaller print shop will allow you to provide them with the images and paper just charge you for using the high quality lazer printers.

Here are some you can print. Testors makes an Do it yourself decal kit which works well. You will want to buy the white version rather than transparent as your printer won't have white ink.

Found this guy on eBay, should be what you are looking for and for $9, pretty good deal to have your decals made and he does list Sons of Medusa as one that he can make.
