As the subject suggests, which is better with the change to D weapons?
I am thinking for a revenant titan now that I have gathered enough hobby funds for one.
Thanks in advance.

The pulsars remain superior since their longer range allows you to stay far away from harm while dishing out some serious firepower.

On a model that takes up as many points as a titan, Pulsars are better as you can stand off and fire, reducing the things that can hurt you (not many meltas). However, the Lynx is absolutely insane with a Sonic Lance. The scatter laser TLs the sonic lance, so you have a torrented hellstorm template that wounds on 3s with reroll to wound and AP2. That pretty much wipes any infantry in the whole hellstorm area. Against vehicles, 1+3d6 isnt all that great, but it does reroll to pen. I find the ability to clear massive infantry formations (or whole groups of drop pods) to be invaluable. Also, the lynx can fly for a turn, effectively negating drop pod assault or first turn bein nuked down.
I would probably recommend against a titan. Normally people wont want to play vs it and its very hard to transport. Grabbing a few of the eldar super heavy tanks is probably a better buy. A lynx will see normal play, and a Cobra or Scorp are good for small apoc games.

Having used a revenant in games and tournies - go the pulsars. I could definitely see uses for the lances but the pulsars give you more flexibility to engage on your terms
