I would drop Old Adversary, as your hive tyrant really has very few times when he wants to be in combat (not the least of which because it means he has to be vulnerable on the ground for a turn)

I would also question what Deathleaper is doing in your list. I love the model and his rules make me feel like he can do well in certain lists, but why is he there? What will he accomplish for your army?

Finally, the rupture cannons on the Tyrannofexes are just bad. So bad. It would literally be cheaper (and on a more durable platform) to have a harpy worth a TL HVC. I think the best way to run a Tyrannofex now is to throw it in a spore pod and give it two templates, letting it run amok in your opponent's backfield. I'm smiling just thinking about those poor pathfinders haha

I originally had this list setup to drop a squad of spore mines behind enemy lines, but I could probably remove him for 3 zoanthropes and be a bit more effective

Old adversary was there because I had 15 points I didn't know what to do with.

The rupture cannons are planned to be my anti landraider units, since my main fear is drago, cortez from a gk player, the harpy/HVC might work, but will probably be less effective.

Maybe something like this? Leaves me with 60pts to play with?

Total Roster Cost: 1940

If you're worried about LR (and it is a reasonable fear) just toss Electro-bugs on everybody who can take them. At 10 per a Haywire Template is impossible to say no to. I also don't see any Shrouding...for a Tourney, you really should look into getting at least one, maybe a second one to protect the LAN from counter battery fire.

I strongly agree about the Tyranofex, Acid Torrent, and a Thorax Hive of Electro, or Shredding can do amazing amounts of harm. All in a durable package. Minor nit-pick, LAN give Pinning as a special rule, so Venom is a slightly better choice (inside the LAN only )

The will of the hive is always the same: HUNGER

What I'm hoping to do is wreck the landraider before drago and his paladins disembark, was hoping the tyran could accomplish that. I should say, forcing them to disembark further away, giving me some shooting time.

With only AP4 and BS3, The LR will be on your doorstep be for the Rupture Cannons can stop it. I think a Meleefex is still our best Landraider buster, even a Dakkafex is still pretty good at punching one out since it does not have to use Smash.
