I am wanting to make a Competitive Drop pod list, at 2k points.

HQ: 460pts

Fortification:

Aegis Define Wall: Coms Relay


Tyrants, Warriors and gants start behind wall, wall is place in corner (try to stay alive 4 units is hard, will be spread out and out of LoS as much as I can). 2+ on reserve rolls (5/6 will come in turn 2). If terrian is place before forts (some do it before, some after) Then I will be able to get LoS blocking easily, just will have to worry about them IG anti-horde tanks, and Wave Serpent ignore cover.


Mt biggest weakness is Turn 1, fliers and a Heavy mobile army. if I can get in the Right optioning against Eldar, those Wave Serpents wont be able to get out of range and still shoot.

You might want to look at "Veno in a Box" so you don't get tabled by a Alpha Strike...

Rippers behind an aegis are also good, line of sight is difficult for anything that isn't a flier, and then whack a venomthrope in there and your good to go
