What could be the best 750 points Necron list?

I think this one would be up there:

HQ:
Overlord, CCB, Warscythe, MSS, Phase Shifter Sempiternal weave 255

2 Stormteks 50

Troops:
5 Warriors 65
Night Scythe 100

5 Warriors 65
Night Scythe 100

Heavy Support:
Annihilation Barge 90

Total: 725

Gives you an option for some upgrades, a warrior + upgrades or another cryptek

Give your overlord a phylactery and lightning field on a stormtek.

I would probably go:

Overlord w/ Warscythe, CCB = 180
StormTek = 25
LanceTek = 35
Necron Warriors x5 w/ Nightscythe = 165
Necron Warriors x5 w/ Nightscythe = 165
Annihilation Barge = 90
Annihilation Barge = 90

Gives you ground presence at low points (and doesn't splash the cash on your Overlord,who will be a points sink once kitted out). AB take care of Light Armour easily, anything heavy (ie Landraider) can be easily taken out by the StormTek + Warriors. You could change the LanceTek for a StormTek for 10 extra points to spend, but once you have destroyed all the vehicles, the StormTek isn't that useful, whereas the LanceTek can continue to contribute (and gives you a source of AP2, as well as S8 for IK T4).

That'd a brutal list for 750. I'd drop one of the ns for another warrior squad or a squad of either death marks or wraiths. In low point battle flyers can be most unreliable.
