Draigo has hammerhand
Terminator have hammerhand as well as a base psyker ability

Draigo tries to cast hammerhand and perils, rolls a two and hammerhand is randomly selected as the spell you no longer can cast.

Does that mean that Draigo himself cannot cast the spell or do the Terminator also lose the spell Too?

Just Draigo, since he was the Psyker that attempted to manifest it.

pg 200, BRB:

'In addition, randomly select one psychic power known to the Psyker. That power is immediately lost, and cnnot be used by the Psyker for the rest of the battle'.

If the Terminators lost Hammerhand, it would have said 'unit'.

My opponent was telling me I lost that spell completely from my pool of spells. Because of brotherhood of psykers. I'll look up pg 200 thanks

Answer to that is the same as 'do the Terminators also lose Hammerhand'.

Pretty much, yes.

While the Perils entry in question says 'Psyker' rather than 'Psyker Unit', we know from the intro to the Psychic Phase rules that any time they say 'Psyker' they mean 'unit with the Psyker... rule.'

In the example in the OP, Draigo, the Librarian and the squad are all one unit. That unit has the Psyker rule. SO Perils applies to the unit.

It's probably supposed to only apply to the specific psyker, since he's probably supposed to be able to cast powers independant of the squad he is joined to.

The psychic rules are a mess.

Yarp, I play DE, Necrons (no psykers between them, aside Eldar allies) and Tyranids (no chance of psykers joining units)

I would be a lot more sadder if I did find the finances to begin collecting the models again as I had plans to convert a Crisis Suit into a Daemon Prince of Slaanesh, psyker master 3, with the words 'Who doesn't have Psykers now?' written over the base....

The new Psyker Rules have convinced me this would be a bad idea, not because making fluff cry is wrong but because the Rules themselves are just....
Honestly, we all have looked at them, is there any words to describe how badly written they are?
