Elites
Ferrum Infernus Dreadnought, Dedications of Tzeentch, Fourth Quadrant Rebellion, Twin-Linked Lascannon, Missile Launcher

Troops
35 x Cultists, 3 x Flamers
30 x Cultists, 3 x Heavy Stubbers

Heavy Support

Maulerfiend, Lasher Tendrils

Lords of War
Typhon Heavy Siege Tank, Armoured Ceramite, Daemonic Possession, Lascannon Sponsons, Pintle-mounted Multi-Melta

The Sorceror will be joined to one of the Cultists squads on deployment... the flamers march up the field with the Typhon and the heavy stubber team hide behind the defense line calling in the hell blades. The Sicaran finds cover and a good spot to not get squashed turn one. The dreadnought tries its best not to get shot on turn one and staying in range to grant the Cultists fearless. I decided against the helcult formation as the cultists are not troops, and the Legacy of Ruin adds an almost as good alternative for 15 points, granting the vehicle a 4++ when it reaches its last hull point, which will then be 3++ since the dreadnought has dedications of Tzeentch. The theme is thousand sons even if there is only one Rubric on the table (the dreadnought.. sort of!). The Typhon will be my first Lord of War unit and of course I will not run it if the opponent doesn't want to play against Lords of War. The troops count is low but on deployment they will try their best to hide out of line of sight, although barrage weapons will be a problem.

What do you guys think?

I think you need at least one Thousand Son to make this a Thousand Sons list.

I have one Thousand Son! He is just dust trapped within a Dreadnought instead of power armour

Nice list and plan! I think grabbing objectives will be an issue. Maybe swap one of the Hell blades and the Typhon for a couple of T sons squads in Rhinos for friendly games without Lords of War.

Leave tsons out!

The strategy you chose is minimal troops. The rest of ur force must kill instead of grabing obj.

Can you take more sicarans? It seems ideal as it has rending heavy bolters. What is their point?

Take 3 instead of fiends.

Sure it's a concept of toys over boys!

Malefic ammunition (rending shots) is very expensive for the Sicaran, I'd rather try to take two without that upgrade by dropping one of the Hell blades (3 seems overkill).

Also, regarding the main advancing fearless blob, they have a major weakness in that if your dread gets taken out, they loose Fearless. So a clever opponent will just focus on the dread. I'd consider Lord instead of Sorc. The other cultist squad is prone to running off the board.

Or if you instead take two other troops and take a helcult, you can't loose Fearless and your other Cultist squad gets it too.
