What if veterans of the long war was not +1 ld and Hatred Space marines, but a direct analogue of And They Shall Know No Fear and Hatred Space Marines? Would black legion be a bit more appealing? Would we see it on regular csm guyz?

I think it should be volw and hatred marines, but with maybe a point or 2 more expensive? But no more than 2 :p
