Here is the all canoptek list I created for a casual sunday game. I'd like to know how competitive you think it is. I kept it bound and yes it is 5 points over but in a casual game we typically don't care about 5 pts.

HQ:
Destroyer lord (MSS, Sep weave, warscythe)

Troops:
5x Warriors in a night scythe
5x Warriors in a night scythe

Elites:
Canoptek tomb stalker (sep scarabs)

Fast attack:
6x acanthrites
6x wraiths
9x scarabs

Heavy support:
3x spyders

What do you guys think?

I haven't tested Acanthrites this edition, so I'm curious how those will do. They're tougher vs. certain weapons compared to Wraiths, and worse with others. Their guns are pretty awesome but their melee capabilities are worse compared to Wraiths.

I'd go unbound and drop the troop and HQ tax for more spyders and scarabs and just try to surprise a few people with it. If you play on tables with loads of terrain you could actually win it all.

Speaking from a non-Necrons player's perspective I would have fun playing this list and I think it will be decent against casual players. Your destroyer lord w wraiths should be able to handle anything in CC and with you playing Necrons you should be able to glance vehicles to death pretty well.

I never did like the Tomb Stalkers. My buddy used two in a list against me with my DE thinking wounding on 6s w my poison would scare me, but the Stalkers are just too slow to be used against a smart player.

Yea, hopefully the 5+ FNP on the Stalker will save it and the rampage and AP2 of it being a monstrous creature will make it worth while. I plan on outflanking it. Acanthrites are great, 3 wounds with Melta and AP3 voideblades. Stick them in ruins and they'll have a 3+ cover and a 3+ armor save. Wondering if I should put the Destroyer Lord with the acanthrites or wraiths.

A destroyer lord or warriors have no business in a bug list. Go full bugs! If you are going to put the effort into a theme list you might as well go full out.

Except that I want to stay bound so that I can have objective secured. Needs to be somewhat competitive and unbound is only competitive if you can wipe your enemy off the table

The enemy can't get to the objectives if you surround them in scarabs.

And besides, your option of running just 2 min troops of 5 warriors is hardly putting up much of an objective secured fight.

Tactically you should commit fully to one or the other.

Does the Stalker have FNP? I know 15 points buys IWND but I've never played it with FNP, unless my scans are wrong (which is always a plausibility.

You're correct, it does gain IWND not FNP

I think the inclusion of minimum warriors with nightscythes is a good choice. They're useful anti-air, which this list would be entirely lacking without. Once you've got those two troops, it's only a small investment to get the Destroyer Lord, which is a sound tactical pairing with the wraiths anyway, plus you get all the benefits of ObjSec at that point.

Thank you, I figured some flying tesla would be useful seeing as I'm lacking in ranged fire

As a Necron player, I can tell you: relying on Guass for anti-vehicle duty is the mark of a poor general.
OP, if you want to properly deal with tanks, stick to one of the better anti-AV options we have at our disposal (eg. Scarabs).

Since we play malestorm in our league I'm hoping to farm scarabs in the back to capture objectives. Use the acanthrites melta and the wraiths rending to deal with vehicles. If I'm playing an IG army I'll run the scarabs as a screen
