Hello all, it's been another long while since my last post but here I am again. Having painted this up for an Apoc tournament I thought I'd post some pics of the small force. They have done excellent ingame, as you can imagine 10 Firedrakes and Vulkan (counts-as Chapter Master) deploying into an enemy gunline. There are a few trimmings that need to be done on some panels and a bit of grey hard lining on the Terminators but they seem pretty much complete. Thanks for viewing.

Awesome, and I imagine they do some great things on tabletop.

WOW, I mean just...wow! Looks gobsmackingly fantastic. They are both green AND mean, and coming from an Ork's perspective they are dead 'ard indeed.

Nice! I like that you stuck to the current canon look for Salamander skin/eyes, and I especially like that you didn't stick them on lavas bases.

Well I was painting Salamanders, but after seeing this...

Thanks for the comments all. I have tried to tidy up the paintjob on the Thunderhawk, giving it a bit more detail with iconography and matt varnished it for a nice finish. The photography is much better this time around I believe.

Thank you for looking.

Somewhere Vulkan is crying tears of joy. I love the base and the detail involved with the shading.

Looks fantastic on all accounts.

I'd like to know more about your base widget, what material is that? If I ever get a harridan I'd like something like that on it.

Thanks, you will be pleased to know I am building up another 10 Terminators (tactical) for a Strike Force Ultra formation

Cheers mate, did you mean the rod? It is acrylic based which sits about 1cm below the surface. It is held by a tonne of this stuff:

There is also a lot of clay on top of the wooden base to raise the profile and reinforce the rod a bit.
