It's not a terribly huge thing, but when I hit the yellow triangle of friendship, I'm immediately taken to the top of the page, so I have to scroll down and find the post with the now open report in it. Seems odd.

Can also confirm. Windows 8.1 machine running the latest desktop version of Chrome.
EDIT: Issue also present on my Xperia Z1, running whatever the latest version of Android Chrome is (if there is a certain version).

I second that motion. I rarely use it but I remember in the past thinking, 'what have I already typed in this box?' Could write it somewhere else then copy and paste I guess but if it's easy to fix...

Fixed, though the window is still small because the database field for the text there is very small too - we dont need an essay, just a rough guideline as to what mods should be looking for. Fixed related mod-only popup bug too.
